Great,Great,Great! This place is fab although they are in another country they always at anytime of the day they answered every question I had perfectly when I got there ready to have the procedure I was very very nervous as I was on my own they organised my pick up from the hotel to the hospital with ease. When I got to the hospital the team were so pleased to see me very welcoming I felt I was in safe hands and I was. The team of surgeons were very professional extremely clean and sterilised theatre the procedure did take about 8 hours after they put needles into your head so you don’t feel anything you can not feel anything and this is true. I was worried about that and it shows it doesn’t hurt as I fell sleep for hours while they were doing it. Even half way there they give you something to eat then carry on they finished went back to the hotel the next day one of the team came to the hotel to take my bandages off which I thought was excellent because I didn’t want to go back to the hospital just for that so win win there. It is a little uncomfortable to sleep on an airplane pillow for the first week but after that you can sleep properly. The after care every step of the way they keep in contact with you over WhatsApp for the first ten days they ask for photos and give you advice brilliant service put me at ease.If you are worried about your hair and how your feeling about yourself inside because of that I would honestly recommend here to use worth every penny because one my hair looks amazing now and growing back and fantastic how my feelings about myself have massively gone up I feel confident again because of this place. Had my hair transplant at otek just over 3 weeks ago the team was so professional and polite made me feel really comfortable and the process was painless they did a brilliant job and aftercare has been brilliant a big thank you to all the team🙂

Absolute 10/10 service. I arrived monday night, operation on the tuesday then flew home Wednesday evening. I couldn't fault anything from my experience. From the organisation and communication, the transport to and from the airport and the stay in the hotel. All excellent.

I got my hair transplant from this doctor about two weeks ago. I am a doctor myself, so I can actually judge quite well how professional someone acts and how good the treatment is. I was completely satisfied with every step. The appointments were handled professionally with time. The transportation went well the end result was also good. The doctor supported me every step of the way and was always available for any questions or problems. I have rarely experienced anything like this in my professional career and therefore I can only recommend Doctor Okan to anyone who would like to have a good professional treatment or a good hair transplant.
